These Terms govern your use of the Anheuser-Busch Experience mobile application (the "App"), operated by Another Reality Studio LLC ("we", "us", "Another Reality Studio").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use the App. You will be asked to confirm your date of birth. By using the App, you represent that the information you provide is accurate.
2. License to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose: enhancing your visit to the Anheuser-Busch brewery in St. Louis.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the App.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@anotherreality.studio if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Photos you create
You retain ownership of photos you capture or upload through the App.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and reproduce those photos solely to fulfill your print order and provide the features you have requested. We do not use your photos for marketing or any other purpose.
You are responsible for the content of your photos. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
5. Purchases
Photo prints are physical goods produced at the brewery. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before checkout.
Payments are processed by Square, Inc. Your use of Square's checkout is subject to Square's own terms. We do not receive or store your card details.
Because prints are produced to order, all sales are final once production begins. If a print is defective or does not match your order, contact us at info@anotherreality.studio and we will make it right.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Use the App in a way that endangers yourself or others during your brewery visit
The brewery is an active production facility. Always follow the instructions of brewery staff and tour guides. The App does not replace on-site safety guidance.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its software are owned by Another Reality Studio. Anheuser-Busch trademarks, logos, imagery, and brand content are the property of Anheuser-Busch and appear under license. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to either party's intellectual property.
8. Third-party services
The App relies on services provided by third parties, including Square, Google, Microsoft, LiveKit, and Apple. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of those services.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Live audio tour features depend on network conditions and on-site equipment.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Another Reality Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting info@anotherreality.studio.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
