This Privacy Policy explains how Another Reality Studio LLC ("we", "us", "Another Reality Studio") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Anheuser-Busch Experience mobile application (the "App").
The App is developed and operated by Another Reality Studio for guests visiting the Anheuser-Busch brewery in St. Louis, Missouri. Another Reality Studio is the party responsible for the information described in this policy.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number.
Photos you create. If you use the Campus Gallery, we collect the photos you capture or select, along with any edits you apply, in order to prepare and fulfill your print order.
Support communications. If you contact us for help, we collect the content of your message and the contact details you provide.
Account identifier. We assign your account a unique internal identifier.
We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed by Square, Inc. through their own secure checkout. We never see or store your card number.
2. How we use your information
We use the information above only to operate the App:
- To create and maintain your account and sign you in
- To connect you to live audio tour sessions
- To prepare, process, and fulfill photo print orders
- To send tour reminders and operational notifications you have opted into
- To respond to your support requests
- To confirm you meet the minimum age requirement to use the App
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
3. Age requirement
The App is intended for adults of legal drinking age. You must confirm your date of birth before using the App. Your date of birth is checked on your device to confirm eligibility.
The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the legal drinking age.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the App, and only to the extent needed:

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
5. How long we keep information
We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Photos you create are retained only as long as needed to fulfill your order and provide access to your order history, after which they are deleted.
You may request deletion of your account and associated information at any time — see Section 6.
6. Your choices and rights
Access and correction. You can view and update your name, email, and phone number in the App under Profile.
Notifications. You can turn SMS notifications on or off in the App. Push notifications can be managed in your device's iOS settings.
Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at info@anotherreality.studio. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of certain U.S. states, including California, have these rights under state privacy law. To exercise them, contact us at the address below.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. Authentication credentials are stored using the secure storage facilities provided by iOS.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Where the App is available
The App is offered to guests visiting the Anheuser-Busch brewery in St. Louis, Missouri, and is distributed in the United States. Information is processed and stored in the United States.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated in the App.
